Flowers, Plants and Accessories

General

By placing any order on this Website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the Website when this is applicable.

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery.

Dispatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place in the shop on the exchange of goods or on the despatch of the products ordered, if the order is placed through the Website or telephone.

All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep it secure and use reasonable endeavours to comply with US Data Protection and consumer legislation.

You will be given the option to receive information from Green Parlour by post, e-mail or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, please tick the appropriate box, or communicate this to us, as you go through the ordering process.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of Texas.

Delivery Services

We offer a local delivery service within the area of Houston, Texas.

Our Local delivery service delivers on the working day of the order, if placed before 3.00 pm, delivery cost is quoted when you check out your orders.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions.

Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point. We will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.  

Weddings and Events

Payment 

A deposit is payable at the time your order is accepted and agreed. This is not refundable in any circumstances. Payment of the remaining balance is payable at least two weeks before the wedding or event date.

Changes and Cancellation

We will accept changes to flowers and products ordered up to two weeks before the wedding or event date and before final payment has been made. We cannot guarantee we can accept any changes after that time, but will use our best endeavours to accommodate such requests.

Payments made cannot be refunded if cancellation takes place less than two weeks before the date of the wedding or event.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching this agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses which may occur as a consequence of the main loss or damage
